Does my Titan FTP Server license expire?

Titan FTP Server is a perpetual license and will continue to work even if you do not renew Maintenance and Support. Without current Maintenance and Support, you will not be eligible for technical support or software updates.

*Maintenance and Support that has expired by 12 months or more is not eligible for renewal pricing and requires the purchase of a new license.

What is Maintenance and Support?

Support entitles you to assistance from our technical support engineers. All customers with active support can use the Technical Support Portal.

Maintenance entitles you to software updates during your maintenance and support period. This includes software enhancements, fixes and security updates.

Staying current on your Maintenance and Support agreement is highly recommended for the best customer experience.
